We take pride in ensuring that your property is spick and span for your guests. We use eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible.
A typical changeover clean will include the following:

Dusting, hoovering and mopping of all areas, including skirting boards, window sills and switches.

A wipe inside empty cupboards and drawers

Full clean of bathrooms

Full clean of kitchen, including inside appliances

Emptying and changing of bins, including recycling

Lights, remote controls and appliances checked, faults reported.

Holiday lets and
second homes
We provide everything you need to keep your holiday home in 5* condition.
From housekeeping, maintenance, window cleaning, gardening, key holding and checking, inventory and extra special touches such as flowers, cakes and logs for the fire, we've got you covered.
Deep cleaning
We carry out a deep clean on your property at the beginning of your contract to ensure that standards are upheld and recommend that your property is deep cleaned on a regular basis. This includes cleaning behind and underneath heavy furniture, the inside of all cupboards (including kitchen). Mattress protectors, sofa covers, throws, pillows and duvet covers will be professionally laundered.
Laundry and linen
We provide a full laundry service for all your washing needs. We can offer hired linen if required.
Bed linens are washed, air dried when possible and ironed to provide fresh and crisp bed linen to each guest. Towels and bath mats are washed and returned fluffy and folded. Tea towels and oven gloves are included in the price.
Additional items such as mattress protectors, decorative cushions, valences, bedspreads and sofa covers can be cleaned for an additional charge.
Pet clean
Should you invite pets into your property, we will charge an additional 20% to ensure the full removal of animal hair and stains.
Maintenance call
out service
We utilise our large range of local tradespeople to provide any maintenance requirements. This can cover locksmiths, plumbers, electricians and handy-people. We can also be on site to allow access. Charged at an hourly rate, we will be pleased to help.
Window cleaning
We can provide a reliable window cleaning service for both inside and outside windows. We can also provide access when required.
Housekeeping/
caretaking service
Our housekeeping service provides you with peace of mind, with a 24/7 local telephone contact for your guests should they have any questions or queries (or lock themselves out!).
We provide mid-stay services (change of linen and towels, bathroom clean and hoover and mop).
We also offer a guest familiarisation service where we will be there to welcome your guests.
Inventory checks
From time to time, you may need an inventory check of all kitchen equipment, linens, towels, and toys/books etc. We will also check and report on the condition of items, and whether replacements are needed.
Linen and towel hire
We provide full sets of hotel style white bed linen and towels, tea towels, oven gloves and bath mats, please enquire for more details.
Gardening
As well as being clean and welcoming on the inside of the property, the garden needs to look it’s best. We are happy to arrange a gardening service either regularly or on an ad-hoc basis.
Those little extras
To make your guest’s stay extra special, we would be happy to arrange a hamper, flowers, a cake, party balloons, candles and logs. Please contact us to discuss.
