• Bespoke guest experiences can encourage people to book. From September 2025 Ocean Property Care are here to organise the following activities*:​

  • Art classes with Naomi Hulatt

  • Surfing lessons at Bigbury or Bantham with Discovery Surf School

  • Private yoga lessons on the beach/terrace/garden (or inside if needed) with Claire Nash Yoga

  • Baby and elderly-sitting/caregiving can be arranged with fully qualified and DBS checked staff.
     

• A private mixology class (all of the above with Ad Hoc Catering)

• A private chef experience 

• Foraging and private cooking classes
   

At Ocean Property Care, we can also help you style your property seasonally, manage décor setup, source items like throws, firewood, and welcome packs. We would be delighted to arrange bespoke guest experiences on your behalf.
